Invoice Finance bridges funding gap for recruitment agency

James runs a temporary staff agency in the Midlands. As the economy has contracted and slowly started growing again, his customers have requested longer and longer payment terms on the invoices. He now has to wait 60 days for payments from his customers. Of course his staff still need to be paid every month.

This created a funding gap.

James felt caught in the middle, if he took longer to pay his staff, his good staff would leave and he would lose his top customers. If he pushed his customers, then he would risk them going to another staffing provider.

By factoring his invoices James could ensure he had the cash his staff had earned, so he could pay his staff and he keep his customers happy.
